Objective of the training

The main objective of BOTECH’s PCI-DSS training and awareness program is to make all personnel who handle payment card data aware of the risks and responsibilities of the information handled in online transactions.

PCI DSS is a security standard that, in addition to increasing data security, aims to reduce credit card fraud.

Who is the target audience?

The staff of any organization that processes, stores or transmits card data and information, as they must comply with PCI-DSS regulations and one of the requirements of the standard is to raise awareness among all staff handling this information.

In recent months we have seen a growing concern about the security of online card transaction information for both the banks that issue payment cards and the merchants that accept them and, of course, for the customers who use them.

Training methodology oriented to secure development for companies that develop web applications that are subject to pci dss due to their own or their clients’ requirements.
